  About Me
  About Me

Originally from Gloucestershire I played county tennis from the age of 12-16 years. I entered tournaments around my exams to improve my rating and gain more match experience.

At the age of 19 I accepted my first coaching job in Sardinia, Italy where I was fortunate enough to teach a few famous personalities as well as gaining international experience in teaching tennis and of course enjoying the weather!

Upon arriving back in England I decided to study as a professional coach through the LTA. I passed my DCA (Level 3) in 1998 and my CCA (Level 4) in 1999. I took the USPTR (United States Professional Tennis Registry) course in 1999. In 2009 I decided to further my knowledge and took the RPT 'International Professional' and the USPTA 'Pro One' qualifications.

In 2016 I passed as a USPTA 'Elite Professional' and also the RPT 'Director of Tennis' qualifications.
